Attendance and Cancellation and Return policy

This policy covers the live attendance courses, either the attendance was in the center premises, in a Hotel or it was Live online session using virtual classroom technology

• Attending all the course sessions gives you attendance certificate
• Attending courses virtually is equivalent to regular attendance
• The center has the right not to refund the paid amount 10 days before the start of the course
• The center has the right not to refund the paid amount 3 days after the payment date
• At the start of the course, the trainee is not entitled to request a postponement of the course date
• When the trainee wishes to postpone the course, he will notify in a period of no less than 7 days, and the center has the right to request a fee of 50 SAR for the postponement
• The trainee has the right to use the paid amount and postpone the course up to 6 months from the payment date
• If the student did not attend the first day of the course, the center will not be able to register the trainee in the systems of the Saudi Technical and Vocational Training Corporation
• The refund will be processes within 14 days from the cancellation date, and using the same payment channel used for the payment, and the trainee has no right to ask for using different payment channel or to change the information of the original payment channel
